By electronically signing this waiver, I, the undersigned guest, agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk
   I acknowledge that my stay at Campfire Lodge may involve certain inherent risks, including but not limited to risks associated with outdoor activities, equipment use, and the condition of the property. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my stay.
   

2. Release of Liability
   I release, waive, and discharge Campfire Lodge, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage to my person or property, including but not limited to claims arising from negligence, whether such claims are known or unknown, foreseen or unforeseen.
   

3. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Campfire Lodge from any claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of my stay or participation in any activities during my stay.
   

4. Acknowledgment of Understanding
   I have read this waiver, understand its terms, and voluntarily sign it. I acknowledge that this waiver is binding upon my accompanying guests, assigns, and representatives.
